Check in
Our check in is from 1pm for camping and 4pm for accommodation until 8pm, if you plan to arrive after 8pm please contact us during office hours to make arrangements.
Tent
It is strictly one unit per pitch. A unit consists of any vehicle or tent used for sleeping

Ball games
No Ball Games/Frisbees to be played near accommodation and other campers, please use the designated areas on site.
Dog on lead
Keep dogs on a lead and clean up after your dog
EV charging
EV charging not permitted at your pitch or accommodation
No Drones
Drones & Flags are not permitted
Fire Pits
No Open Fires (BBQ’s and Firepits allowed but must be raised off the ground) Available to Hire
Quiet time
Quiet Time is 10pm - 7am, music to be turned off at 10pm
Electric scooter
No Segway's, electric scooters or hoverboards

Group Bookings

At Bryn Gloch, we strive to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all our guests. In order to ensure this, we have a policy of one unit per pitch. If you are interested in making a booking for a group of over 9 people or more than 3 pitches, please reach out to our office directly at 01286 650216 or email info@bryngloch.co.uk Availability for group bookings will be at the discretion of the Park and must be agreed in advance. Anyone not adhering to this policy may be refused admission. Additionally, separate bookings resulting in a party of more than 9 people or 3 pitches, who intend to use our facilities as a combined group will also be refused admission. Thank you for your understanding.
