How can I book?

You can book online BOOK NOW

If you have a group booking request or any special considerations please either phone us on 01286 650216 or email info@bryngloch.co.uk with clear details and a contact phone number.

You can pop into reception during office open hours, which can be found on our website homepage.

We request a deposit at the time of booking and the balance of your payment 28 days prior to arrival.

The weather forecast is bad for the time I have booked. Can I cancel?

Please read the Terms & Conditions and ensure that you understand what your cancellation policy is. In rare extreme weather warning scenarios requests for postponement or cancellation may be made to managers and may be upheld at their discretion.

We advise customers to check the BBC weather app prior to arriving.

What time can I arrive on site?

Arrival times depend on the unit you have booked:

Touring & camping: 1pm

Shepherd Huts: 4pm

Static caravans: 4pm

Ty Bryn Gloch holiday house: 4pm

What time is check-out?

Departure times depend on the unit you have booked:

Touring & camping: 11am

Shepherd Huts: 10am

Static caravans: 10am

Ty Bryn Gloch holiday house: 10am

Is bedding supplied?

Bedding is supplied in Ty Bryn Gloch holiday house and the static caravan rentals. If you prefer to bring your own, please let us know at the time of booking.

We DO NOT supply bedding in the shepherd's huts. So if you are staying in the shepherd's huts you will need to bring your own bedding.

Where is the nearest supermarket?

There are an Asda, Morrisons and Tesco in Caernarfon, which are about a 15 minute drive.

Where is the nearest pharmacy?

There is a Rowland's Pharmacy and a Boots Pharmacy in Caernarfon, which is about a 15 minute drive.

What is there to do nearby?

Are dogs allowed on the site?

The maximum number of dogs is 2 per unit, (or more at management's discretion. Please check in advance) They must be kept on a lead whilst on site and all fouling cleared up immediately.

There are some great walks nearby and we also have a dog walking area on our park that you dog will love.

How many cars can I bring?

We allow for one car per pitch. There is a fee for additional cars and we must have prior notification/agreement of how many. Some pitches can accommodate more than one vehicle and others cannot. You may be asked to park additional cars away from your pitch.

Is there a pub nearby?

The closest pubs to Bryn Gloch are the Snowdonia Parc (LL55 4AQ) and the Cwellyn Arms (LL54 6TL).

Are fire pits allowed?

Firepits are allowed provided they are raised off the ground.

I have booked an electric hook-up. What should I bring?

If you have booked electric hook-up please note that the appliances are limited to 10amps. Ordinary household kettles etc will trip the unit. You need to bring specialist camping appliances.

Please also bring your own mains hook-up cable.

Please observe all safety advice including rolling out cables fully to prevent overheating and fire risk.

I would like to reserve a specific pitch or area. May I?

Whilst our aim is to please all our customers, we do not have the capacity to honour all requests.

Please be prepared to be flexible and by all means let us know at the time of booking if you have a preferred area but bear in mind we can never guarantee a specific request. This is to allow for the smooth running of the site for all and to ensure we do not promise anything we cannot deliver in case of unexpected issues arising.

What does your shop stock?

Pretty much everything: fresh milk, bread, eggs, tinned food and cereals, sweets, water, soft drinks and alcohol, crisps, toys and souvenirs, dog food, toiletries and some medicines, washing-up items, and basic camping accessories equipment, the list goes on!

Does the site shut for winter?

Bryn Gloch Caravan Park has a longer season than many sites. We stay open until 9 January and the new season starts 1 March.

Can I reserve a seasonal pitch?

Seasonal pitches are in high demand. To find out more about our seasonal pitches please check out our Seasonal page.

Is WiFi available on site?

A WiFi code will be supplied on arrival from Reception.

What is the site emergency number?

The on-duty warden has a mobile phone and is on-call overnight for EMERGENCIES ONLY. The number can be found on the paperwork you were given on arrival and in the Reception main entrance window.

Where is Snowdon?

Our nearest path is the Snowdon Rangers Path which is less than 3 miles from Bryn Gloch.

Do you sell Gas?

Yes, we sell Calor Gas on site.

Can we pitch together?

It is possible to request pitches together by contacting us via email info@bryngloch.co.uk or phone 01286 650216. Whilst we will endeavor to fulfill these requests, it is never guaranteed.

When is the food van here?

Cegin Bryn Gloch hours vary during the season. Please check our Facebook page for up to date opening times.

We also have other food and drink vans on site during the peak season. Information on these can also be found on our Facebook page.

Where is the nearest cash machine?

The nearest cash machine can be found at Waufawr Lifestyle Express, which is a 4 minute drive from Bryn Gloch.

Can you fish on the river?

Yes, fishing is allowed.

Where can we hire bikes?

Bikes can be hired from Antur Bikes, located in Caernarfon. 01286 672622

Where is the nearest Camping/Caravan Shop?

There is a Go Outdoors shop in Dinas (LL54 7YN). Or there is Pwllheli Gas & Leisure based in Pwllheli (LL53 5YT).

Is there any local Public Transport nearby?

There is a bus stop directly outside Bryn Gloch Caravan & Camping Park. Timetables can be found at reception.

Where can we walk directly from Bryn Gloch?

There are a number of walks direct from Bryn Gloch. Please ask a member of staff, or alternatively you can find a QR code in the TV room where you can download a number of walks.
