Gift Voucher – Terms & Conditions

What can the voucher be used for?

Gift Vouchers can be used towards:

• Touring and camping stays
• All holiday rentals

Vouchers can be used for full or part payment of a single booking only.
They cannot be split across multiple bookings.

Voucher validity

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• They can only be redeemed while the park is open (March–January).
• Extensions are not guaranteed but may be considered in exceptional circumstances — please contact us before the expiry date.

How you will receive your voucher

You can choose how to receive your voucher:

• Collect in person from Reception
• Have it posted for a small charge of £2.50

Each voucher is handwritten, personalised, and contains a unique voucher number.

How to redeem your voucher

Redeeming your voucher is easy:

1. Call us to make your booking

Phone 01286 650216 and let our team know you’d like to use a gift voucher.

2. Provide your voucher details

To redeem your voucher: 
Provide the voucher number and the name of the purchaser or recipient and the amount so we can verify it in our system.

3. We’ll apply the voucher to your booking

Once verified, the voucher value will be deducted from your stay.
If the booking total is less than the voucher value, the unused balance is forfeited.

Lost or misplaced vouchers

• If you misplace your voucher, we can still redeem it if you provide the voucher number and purchaser/recipient name.
• If we cannot verify the voucher on our system, we may not be able to redeem it.
• Lost or unused vouchers are non-refundable.

Refunds, exchanges & restrictions

• Vouchers are non-refundable.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional vouchers.
• Vouchers cannot be split across multiple bookings.
• Any remaining balance after a single redemption is forfeited.

Booking recommendations

• Popular dates fill quickly, so please book early, especially during peak season.
• If your voucher is nearing expiry, contact us as soon as possible so we can help secure a suitable date.
