These terms aim to make everyone’s stay at Bryn Gloch as enjoyable and safe as possible. By confirming a booking, you accept and agree to abide by all of the following:

1. General Conditions

• Right to Refuse or Cancel: We reserve the right to refuse admission or cancel any booking without providing a reason. While we do our best to accommodate all guests, space and availability are sometimes limited—especially during peak times.
• Maintenance Awareness: Routine maintenance may occur while you are with us. We work to keep any disruption to a minimum and appreciate your understanding.

2. Bookings

• Camping & Shepherd Huts: A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your arrival date.
• Static Caravans: A £100 deposit is required to secure the booking, with the full balance due 28 days before arrival. Additionally, a £100 cleaning/damage deposit is payable on arrival and refunded following a successful vehicle inspection upon departure.
• Timely Payments Required: Failure to pay the balance by the deadline may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
• Pitch Allocation: We allocate pitches before arrival. Please let us know in advance if you have special requirements; we will endeavour to assist but cannot guarantee availability.
• Unit & Party Limits: Only one unit per pitch is allowed. The total number of people, awnings, dogs, or vehicles must match your booking confirmation. Maximum of six people per pitch.
• Non-Transferable Bookings: All monies paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Changes to Bookings

• Modifications Permitted: Changes may be made to your booking dates if alternative availability exists.
• Admin Fee: A £10 administration charge applies to each booking amendment.
• Non-Refundable if No Availability: If alternative dates are unavailable and you choose to cancel, no refund will be issued.

4. Cancellations

• Non-Refundable Payments: All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
• Confirm Cancelling in Writing: If you wish to cancel, please call us as soon as possible and confirm your cancellation via email or letter.
• No Refunds for Early Departures: We do not offer refunds for early departure due to poor weather or personal preference.
• Force Majeure Awareness: We are not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g. flooding, epidemics, pandemics).
• Holiday Insurance Recommended: We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance to help protect your trip.

5. Check‑In / Check‑Out

• Reception: All guests must register at our reception area on arrival for check-in and site orientation.
• Camping/Touring Check-In: From 1pm, with check-out required by 11am unless re-booked (subject to availability).
• Static Caravan Check-In: From 4pm, with departure expected by 10am on your last day.
• Late Arrival Policy: Please let us know if you will arrive after 8pm—we’re happy to make arrangements & ease your arrival.

6. Children

• Supervision Required: Children are the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times, especially around the play area, stream, and reception.
• Respect Nature: Please discourage climbing trees or interfering with wildlife and park flora.

7. Behaviour

• Be Respectful: We foster a peaceful environment—respect other guests with considerate behaviour and tone.
• Noise Control: Radios or gatherings should be kept quiet and turned off by 10pm to maintain a relaxing atmosphere.
• Eviction Policy: Loud, foul, or aggressive behaviour may result in immediate eviction—no refund will be issued.

8. Visitors

• Visitor Registration: Day visitors must report to reception and use designated parking areas.
• Limited Parking: Parking space is limited, so please coordinate visitor visits carefully.

9. Dogs

• Leads Required: Dogs must be leashed at all times and under control in public areas.
• Pet Etiquette: Dog fouling must be removed immediately—please be considerate of others.
• No Leaving Dogs Alone: Pets must not be left unattended. Please manage barking to prevent disturbances.
• Walking Area Provided: We provide easy access to a nearby dog walking zone for your convenience.

10. EV Charging

• No Charging Onsite: EV charging is not permitted at pitches or accommodation due to fire safety concerns.
• Plan Ahead: We encourage you to identify nearby public charging stations before your journey.

11. Fires & BBQs

• Permitted Only in Raised Equipment: Firepits (available for hire) and elevated BBQ trays are allowed—never place a BBQ directly on turf.
• Fully Extinguish Before Disposal: Do not dispose of hot embers in bins; wait until completely cool.
• Keep Distance: Ensure BBQs and fire pits are safely placed at a distance from accommodation units.

12. Flags / Drones / Decorations

• Use of flags, drones, banners, or similar items is strictly prohibited to ensure privacy and safety.

13. Group Bookings

• Pre‑Approval Required: Booking for three or more units or six or more guests must be pre-arranged.
• Right to Refuse Late Requests: We may refuse group entries not arranged in advance.

14. Injury, Loss & Theft

• Liability Disclaimer: Bryn Gloch is not liable for personal injury, theft, or loss of personal property, vehicles, or equipment.
• Lost Property: If items are found after your stay, we will forward them upon payment for postage.

15. Pitching

• Follow Instructions: Pitching location must follow reception’s guidance and signage.
• One Vehicle per Pitch: Additional vehicles must be parked separately.
• Stay Within Pitch Boundary: Gazebos and awnings must remain within your reserved area and not encroach on neighbours.
• Groundsheet Requirement: A breathable mat must be used under awnings on grass pitches.
• Hook‑Up Rules: Electrical equipment should not exceed 10 amps. Do not attempt to charge vehicles via site power.

16. Noise

• Strict Quiet Hours: No amplified sound, loud voices, or gatherings allowed after 10pm.
• Eviction Possible: Ongoing disturbance may lead to eviction without refund.

17. Smoking

• No Smoking/Vaping Indoors: Smoking or vaping inside any buildings, units, or shelters is strictly prohibited.

18. Vehicles & Road Use

• Speed Limit Enforced: Maximum 5 mph on all internal roads.
• Restricted Night Movement: No driving allowed between 11pm and 7am.
• No Access to Facilities by Vehicle: Driving from pitches to toilet/shower blocks is prohibited.
• Electric Mobility Devices Ban: Segways, hoverboards and e-scooters are prohibited site‑wide.

19. Hot Tub (Ty Bryn Gloch only)

• Cleaning Fee: A £50 charge applies if misuse requires our team to deep-clean the hot tub.
• Follow Safety Guidelines: Please adhere to all instructions to avoid unnecessary charges.

20. Washing Up & Laundry

• Dishes: Use designated washing-up areas—do not use shower block basins.
• Laundry: Clothes drying should take place in dedicated launderette only. Clotheslines and rotary dryers are not permitted.

21. Recycling & Bins

• Use Correct Bins: Dispose of waste in general and recycling containers appropriately.
• Do Not Litter: Help us maintain the clean and green environment by keeping your pitch free of waste.

22. Ball Games

• Specific Zone Only: All ball games should take place in designated Field 3 only, per site map.
• No Play Near Units: Never play near pitches, reception, or accommodation.

23. Complaints

• Report on Site: If you have any concerns, please inform us during your stay so that we have an opportunity to resolve them promptly.
• No Post-Stay Refunds: Complaints submitted after departure may not be considered for refunds or discounts.

24. Force Majeure

• Bryn Gloch is not liable for failure to fulfill bookings due to events beyond our reasonable control including war, civil unrest, weather, or health emergencies.

25. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes relating to your stay or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
• By booking or entering the park, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and accept that failure to do so may result in removal without refund or further legal action.
